Turn-around time
and why I prefer to not rush an order
Typically, the turn-around time is two weeks for an order. I do sometimes get a request to have an order shipped within a few days. Please understand, all my bows are made by hand and I work on several at once. There are many steps in making an Incredibow.
The most common reason for a quick turn-around request is a future performance or music lesson. In that case, I would suggest using your current bow until you receive your Incredibow. Requesting a quick turn-around for your order puts more stress and pressure on me as I am the person who is making your bow.
I work on orders by the date the order is placed. I prefer to not put an order in front of another which would be unfair to the other customers (who may also have a performance of some kind coming up and most customers do).
Please also consider the shipping time. I have stated on my site to allow 4-6 day shipping time.
